The 12 week reset runs 3 times a year and is aimed at those who are juts getting back into fitness or the complete beginner.

 

We cover habit implementation throughout the 12 weeks and introduce you to a new one each for 12 weeks.

 

There are 3 workouts a week, these can be done at home with a resistance band, at a gym or you can do hybrid of the 2 variants if that suits you better.

 

Group calls bi weekly to keep you on track, along with a whatsapp community to help you and others when you are lacking that motivation you need.

 

Nutritional advice is delivered in the later parts of the reset, in the form of help tracking your food and some new menus for you to try in your quest for health.

 

You also have access to your coach via the coaching app and the whatsapp community.
